Hilda M. Toth

Hilda was a dear friend and I just heard of her passing. We met when she worked at the Induction station, as she worked with my husband, Dick. We had so much fun together, and she will be so missed. We love and miss you my dear "Miss Gump". May you rest in peace with our Lord and Savior. You will be in my prayers. Goodbye dear friend, till we meet again.

Hilda was my mother's best friend growing up on West 24th St. I've heard stories about her my whole life and I loved visiting her with my mother. We just found out and are all very sad.......

All though we were not blood related Pete and Hilda (Rusty) were my Aunt and Uncle and they treated my sister and I like we were their niece and nephew. We always had the greatest time whenever we were together. They were such kind, generous and loving people. We never had a dull moment with them, they were such fun to be with.
I remember one time they came to visit us in Texas and we went to the state fair. I used to like to play a midway game where you toss a dime into drinking glasses, bowls and plates and so forth and if the dime stayed in or on the item you won it. I was pretty good at it. When Uncle Pete and Aunt Hilda saw how many glasses and bowls I won they were so surprised, it was the funniest thing!
I sorely miss both of them. I wish we had known she wasn't doing well. It would have been great to see her one last time.

I was sorry to learn of the passing of Hilda. She was a great person to work with at NASA Lewis; may she rest in peace. My sincere condolences to her family.
