Hillary Taylor Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Memorial Park East Funeral Home - Braselton on Dec. 17, 2025.
Hillary Lynn Taylor, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, in Duluth, Georgia at the age 40. She was born in Lawton, Oklahoma to father and mother, Jerry and Sandra Ott on October 9, 1985.

Hillary was known for her infectious laugh and had such an adventurous spirit. She lived life to the fullest and always found the best qualities in people. She held her real estate license finding a passion to help others grow. Her personality was so naturally shown through her social skills being a perfume consultant, growing her expertise and experience with Coty and Parfums International. She always found beauty in surrounding herself with others and uplifted them to their fullest potential. Being the ray of sunshine always brought the best qualities out of her, where smile and laughter were both present.

She is survived by her parents, Jerry & Sandra "Sandy" Ott; older sister, Heather Edge; nieces, Zoey Ariel Edge & Alexandria Bella Edge; fur babies, Georgia & Duke; and her abundance of lifelong friends.

A service celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 19, 2025 at Memorial Park Braselton Chapel with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Edmondson will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Memorial Park Braselton Funeral Home.

Memorial Park Braselton Funeral Home, 5257 Hwy 53 Braselton, GA 30517 is in charge of arrangements. Send online condolences to www.memorialparkfuneralhomes.com.

It has taken me awhile to comment as this hit me hard. So many memories of this sweet girl. Hilary was at my home so much when she and Shannon first met. She always called me Momma till the very end. Not sure if I´ve ever known anyone so full of life and happiness. Joy oozed out of her every time I saw her. The sound of her laugh is still with me and I suppose always will be. She will be missed forever.
