Hiroko Miwa, age 89, Los Angeles–born and a longtime resident of Pasadena, California, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026, at Truewood by Merrill in West Covina, California.
She is survived by her nephews, Ronald Glenn and Keith Okamuro; niece, Donna Tanaka.
Honoring her wishes, no services will be held. The family kindly requests no flowers or koden.
