Holly was born February 24, 1960, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Marshall Kent and Fay Ann (Flucke) Scarborough. She owned Holly's Floral & Gifts in Oak Grove for over 10 years. Holly loved animals, especially her new dog, "CJ". She was a huge KC Chiefs and Royals fan and enjoyed going on road trips.
Holly is survived by her mother, Fay Bird of Grain Valley, MO; fiancé, Dwayne Meyers of Oak Grove; uncle, Ray Flucke (Sue) of Goodyear, AZ, and cousins, Toni & Anitra; and uncle, Ernie Scarborough (Jo) of Bates City, MO. She was preceded in death by her father, M. Kent Scarborough.
