Holly was funny, witty, fun-loving, jubilant, smart, and silly hearted. She was kind, warm, and always fair, as far as I knew her to be. And, her treatment of people extended onto furry ones.
Even when she was fighting with cancer, her daily posts were humorous, entertaining, and in great spirit. She was impossible not to like and hard not to admire.
The last time we talked on the phone was cracking jokes, laughing (and at herself for being loopy on post-surgery meds), and beyond positive while talking about simple, futuristic things with optimism.
The very last thing she said to me was, "I appreciate the little things no matter how small, because in the end, they are the big things!" That's the last thing she said other than responding to my holiday text and exchanging merry Christmases to each other.
Rest, beautiful funny girl... Everything about you will be missed.

The saying goes, "May her memory be a blessing." With Holly's impact on my life, the billions of memories leave me with more blessings than anyone could imagine. I consider myself truly lucky to have had her as my closest friend for most of my life. There's no one else like her.
To Cole, Cooper, and Rylan: my heart goes out to you and I hope that, in time, you will be comforted by memories of her laughter and how she was able to find warmth, fun and silliness in nearly every situation.
