Holly Ann Harris Ward of McGregor, TX passed away on September 18, 2025, in Temple, TX.
A Memorial Service will be at 11am, on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, at Dossman Funeral Home, Belton Texas.
Holly was born on August 16th, 1970, in Waco, TX to Bobby and Patty Langbein Harris.
Holly graduated with a Master of Art Degree from Texas A&M University Central Texas. She was employed by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. Holly enjoyed decorating, gardening, and watching movies. She especially liked the Twilight and Harry Potter franchises. Jewelry, plants and her cats brought Holly great happiness.
Holly valued time spent with her family cooking, going camping and especially enjoying the holiday season.
Holly married Christopher Ward in Denton, TX on May 22nd, 2003. She is survived by her husband Christopher; mother Patty Harris; sons, Luther “Lee” Barrick IV of Waco, TX and Matthew Barrick of El Paso, TX; daughters, McKynna Ward of McGregor, TX, Chrysann Ward of College Station, TX and Rhyanne Ward of McGregor, TX; sisters, Aimee Harris-Johnson and husband, Bill Fling, Jaimee Rice and husband, Barry and Micalyn Wilson; brother, Robert Harris. Holly is also survived by her mother-in-law, Janet Ward; sister-in-law, Leigh Schmidt; 10 nieces and nephews, as well as a host of friends and co-workers.
Holly was preceded in death by her father, James Robert “Bobby” Harris.
