Survivors include his wife, Thelma Jo Webb Stephens of Talmo. Two sons, Kyle Stephens of Talmo, and Taff Stephens of Jefferson. Sister, Lois Bishop of Dawsonville, brother, Edward Stephens of Chestnut Mountain.
In accordance with the wishes of Mr. Stephens, his remains are to be cremated and the family will be having a visitation for family and friends on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association of Georgia 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550 Atlanta, Georgia 30346, or http://act.alz.org/georgia.com
