Howard was born on May 21, 1925 and passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Howard was a resident of Alma, Michigan at the time of passing. Howard served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Louis, MI, on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Terri Bentley officiating.
