Howard Earl Hollins, Jr beloved Assistant Police Chief of Methodist Healthcare Systems of Dallas for 30+ years, has passed away in Dallas, TX. Born in Dallas on March 6, 1965, Howard dedicated his life to serving and protecting his community.

Throughout his career, Howard exemplified integrity, courage, and compassion in his role as Assistant Police Chief. His commitment to upholding justice and ensuring the safety of others was unwavering. The visitation to pay respects to Howard will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home and A Crematory in Dallas on March 1, starting at 2pm and ending at 8:00pm. The funeral service will take place at Graceland Community B.C. in Cedar Hill on March 2 at 11:00.
