Throughout his career, Howard exemplified integrity, courage, and compassion in his role as Assistant Police Chief. His commitment to upholding justice and ensuring the safety of others was unwavering. Howard's impact on those around him extended far beyond the precinct walls, touching the lives of many with his selfless dedication.
As we remember Howard, we are reminded of his strong leadership, his sense of duty, and his willingness to always lend a helping hand. His legacy will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
The visitation to pay respects to Howard will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home and A Crematory in Dallas on March 1, starting at 2pm and ending at 8:00pm. The funeral service will take place at Graceland Community B.C. in Cedar Hill on March 2 at 11:00.
Howard Earl Hollins, Jr will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in peace as his memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew and respected him.
