Howard Frank Webb

Howard Frank Webb, age 61, passed away on February 9, 2026, at his home in Lucedale. Howard was born on December 22, 1964 to Barlin E. and Helen Grothhaus Webb Sr. He lived a life defined by kindness, generosity, and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew him. He loved to spend time fishing. Howard was truly the kindest man you could ever meet-always willing to help others and give more than was ever expected of him.

He is survived by his son, Jonathan Webb; daughter, Brandie Busby; stepsons, Matthew Bledsoe and Adam Bledsoe; and his cherished grandchildren, Evelyn Osborne, Marley Osborne, Matilda Webb, Axel Webb, Bailee Busby, Emma Busby, Henry Busby, Levi Busby, and Severus Bledsoe; siblings, Jane Cicela, Sandy Herrington, Gene Webb, and Michael Webb.

Howard was preceded in death by parents, Barlin E. and Helen Webb Sr; grandfathers, Howard Webb, Frank Middendorf and Lonnie Moe; grandmothers, Rose Moe and Julia Middendorf.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM On February 28, 2026 at Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 12205 Mount Pleasant Road Vancleave, MS 39565.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00AM on February 28, 2026, at Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 12205 Mount Pleasant Road Vancleave, MS 39565.

Howard's legacy of kindness, generosity, and love for his family will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
