Hugo passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Hugo was a resident of New Springville, New York at the time of passing. After graduating from Port Richmond High School he enlisted in the Army where he served his country honorably as a Sargeant from 1951 to 1955. My condolences to Jennie and to the family. Hugo taught me alot when I was growing up helping him work on your office building and he always waved and blew the siren on thr his fire truck and waved every time he passed our house when I was outside.

Hugo was one of the nicest gentleman I've had the honor to know.
He was a great friend to my late husband Mike Peterson NYFD.
I am unable to attend his farewell, but will remember him fondly.
