His gentle, forthright guidance, a man that contributed in so many different ways, giving back to humanity, encouraging a continual questioning of life and existence.
May his soul fly freely and imbue his loved ones with his continued presence which always remains!

I have so much admiration and respect for Mr. Ian Player as I contemplate his self-sacrificing spirit. He spent most of his life striving to conserve and protect God's animal creation. A life of such a man exhibiting unyielding integrity is certainly safely stored in God's memory, and he will be rewarded accordingly for he is precious in God's eyes. We mourn Mr. Player's absence but will remember his works for decades to come!

Our days ebb away because of your fury; And our years come to an end like a whisper. The span of our life is 70 years, or 80 if one is especially strong. But they are filled with trouble and sorrow; They quickly pass by, and away we fly. Psalm 90:9,10.

"Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth" (Matt. 6:9,10). We await that day when this prayer will be fulfilled and loved ones will be united again.

Our condolences to the Player family and many friends. May you find comfort in your many fond memories together, God's promise to undo all tragedy, and the words of the greatest man who ever lived: 43.....“Laz'a·rus, come out!” 44 The man who had been dead came out with his feet and hands bound with wrappings, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them: “Free him and let him go.”
