Ibrahim S. Ahmad, known affectionately as Abe, was born on December 19, 1965, in the historic town of Bethlehem, Palestine. His journey came to a peaceful end on April 25, 2024, in Taylorsville, Utah. Ibrahim's life story is one of dedication, service, and love that touched the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Abe's professional path was marked by service and commitment. Starting at the American Embassy in Amman, Jordan, he ventured across the globe to work with the State Department in various capacities including Saudia Arabia, Nairobi, Kenya, and Brussels, Belgium. His diverse experiences culminated in working with D&T Landscape in landscape construction before transitioning to a role as a medical courier at Lab Corp. Ibrahim's work ethic and adaptability were evident throughout his career.

While Ibrahim's professional achievements were commendable, it was his wonderful personality that truly set him apart. Known for his ability to make friends effortlessly, Abe's magnetic charm and warm demeanor left a lasting impression on all those around him. He cherished his family above all else and his love for them knew no bounds.

In remembrance of Ibrahim are his beloved wife Sharon Nichols; his sisters Laila, Lamia, Nada, and Rositte; his brothers Ramzi, and Elias, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father Samih A. Yusef and mother Wedad Zrinah; and brother George Khoury.

As we bid farewell to Abe, let us carry forward the memories of a man who exemplified dedication to both work and family. His legacy will endure through those whose lives he touched and his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him best. May he rest in peace knowing he was cherished by many and admired by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Abe will be laid to rest in the Memorial Redwood Cemetery; 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah on Friday, April 26, 2024.
