I live across the street from Ida. She always had a smile on her face and waved to all that passed. My sister and I joked and wondered how to get on "grandmas" guest list as there always seemed to be a celebration going on. I had the pleasure of spending some time with her this summer at a neighbors b-day party. She was one of the sweetest women I'd ever met & so very interesting to talk to. I know she'll be missed dearly by all that knew her, friends & family alike. I know when I look across the street I'll miss her smiling face.

I live around the corner from Granny Ida. I will always remember her warm and friendly smile! No matter when you saw her she would always smile and wave!! Her expression always seemed to say" hello my friend. You are welcome anytime. Please know I'm here." Granny Ida, I will hold you fondly in my heart. You are a dear dear lady!! My Aunt Ida was a wonderful person and loved by all. She always did for other people. I have fond memories of her when my brother and I stayed at her house during the summer when my mother worked. We loved being there. She will always have a special place in our hearts and we will miss her dearly. I know I will see her in Heaven one day.

Ida is one of God's angels who came to earth to show us how to love everyone unconditionally. She showed us how to be the best person we can be. Ida was always available for anyone who needed her and gave completely of herself. She was wonderful at including everyone and never holding a grudge. I thank God for Ida and the chance to be part of her family and learn more about love from her. She will be greatly missed. I love you all.
