Idalee Leeper Obituary
Idalee W. Leeper, age 94, of Rostraver Township, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025. She was born in Rostraver Township on March 11, 1931, a daughter of the late David and Bessie (Daugherty) Wells.
Idalee was a life-long resident of Rostraver Township and a life-long member of Rehoboth Presbyterian Church in Rostraver. She was retired from the former Fox Grocery Co. in Rostraver, where she worked in management. In her younger years, Idalee was very active in the 4H Club.
She is survived by her sister, Louetta Wells Hayden of Rostraver; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren S. Leeper; brother, Clair Wells; and sister, Bessie Faye Lydick.Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 6 PM in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM with with Pastor Donald T. Glunt officiating. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.
