Weslaco, Texas - Ignacio Olvera, 58, passed away to be with the Lord on January 22, 2025 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Hospice Facility.
Mr. Olvera was born on June 13, 1966 in Hanford, CA to Mr. Baldermar H. Olvera & Mrs. Rachel Mendoza.
He is preceded in death by his father; one brother, Solomen Jeremiah Olvera (Maria) & one sister, Martha Medina (Samuel).
Ignacio Olvera is survived by three sons, Tom Olvera, Ignacio Olvera, Jr. (Emily), Eli Olvera; two daughters, Heather Olvera, Blanca Elaynna Olvera Conway; five brothers, Baldemar Olvera, Jr. (Diana), Israel Olvera, Robert Olvera (Noemi), Isaac Olvera, Jonah Olvera; three sisters, Rachel Buñuelos (Nasario), Tavita Rodriguez & Mary M. Villanueva (Luis).
Visitation for Ignacio Olvera is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of Faith with a 7:00 PM Prayer Service. A 10:00 AM Funeral Service is scheduled for Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of Faith. Interment will follow at Weslaco City Cemetery.
