Ila J. Mazanet
Ila J. Mazanet, age 94, of Westport passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 3, 2024, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. She was born on March 8, 1929, to Arnold and Brita (Farham) Andrews in Madison, WI. Ila married Howard Mazanet on November 11, 1950, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Ila loved her flower garden, long walks on the beach in Florida and her swimming pool.
Ila is survived by her husband; together they raised 3 sons, Thomas (Mary) of Westport, Robert (Shirley) of Blue Mounds, William (Brenda) of Westport; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Arnold Andrews Jr., sisters, Patricia Eastman, and Donna Andrews.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

It has been my pleasure to have known the Mazanet family for most of my life. Ila Mazanet was a wonderful person, who raised a strong family. I was lucky enough to share a few of her beach walks over the years. I really enjoyed that. Jeff Nania
