Ileana Herman, beloved wife of the late John T. Herman, Sr., passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026, surrounded by her family.
A woman of immense heart, Ileana was known for her boundless generosity and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. She had a vibrant passion for travel, creating her most cherished memories while exploring Disney World with her grandchildren and enjoying the excitement of Las Vegas alongside her beloved husband, John.
She was the devoted mother of Tracy (Joe) Roti and the late John Herman, Jr. A proud and doting "Nonnie," Ileana’s greatest joy was her grandchildren: Jennifer, Tom, Jessica, Nicolas (Kate), Danny, Joey, and Frankie. She was also the cherished "Great Nonnie" to Zachary and the beloved "OG" to Isla, Ivy, and Skye.
Ileana was the loving big sister of Rosario (Joy) Messina and a special aunt to Cindy Kay. She now joins her late siblings—Alexander, Providence, Grace, and Rojeanne in eternal rest.
Her legacy of love and family will be forever remembered by all who knew her.
To honor her wishes, a private celebration of life and burial will be held for the family.
