Ilene Tetenbaum

Ilene was sheer delight. She loved to laugh and to eat and to share stories of her life and her beloved family. She adored beauty and nature and gardens and her darling Misty and Mr Katz, her rescues who she maintained rescued her. I will miss her and always feel grateful for her joyous friendship.

Ilene was a beloved friend. She and Irwin urged us to get a puppy and they found an add for what would be our first dog. Many mornings were spent throwing balls for Beau and Dozer. Her sense of humor was extraordinary and it filled our visits and dinners with laughter. Her compassion and love filled our hearts. We will think of her often.
