We heard about your passing a few months too late and were unable to say goodbye. It was quite a shock as we go down to see our kids and grankids once or twice a year and make it appoint to see my adopted Vovo.

God looked upon your heart and soul and decided you have given your all to everyone you have met. He decided to take you home to rest and to be with your loving husband. He was pleased you gave of your tithings and love to help those inocent little children in orphanages overseas or help those in need around you. He saw you were tired and decided to take you home.

I am truly blessed to have gotten to know you and to come in to see you and give you a hug or a kiss. It still remains very special to both myself and my husband, Michael.

We pray that your family and closest friends hearts get healed up quickly but always serve as a reminder of who you were and what you have done for others.

I love you, my Vovo. You will always be my Vovo.

Love Valerie and Michael Ramunno, Bridgton, Maine

Inez was a second mother to me. I am sorry to hear of her passing. She will always be part of my life. She gave me a chance to cook for her at St. John's and it was one of the most memorable times of my life. I now live in Florida and try to return to Fall River when I can just to see her. I will miss her smile and the heart she wore on her sleeve. You will always be my mom!

Ines was one of the nicest people I knew. After moving to NH several years ago, I came to visit her in Fall River with my two sons who were now adults. She remembered us and wanted her picture taken with my sons. I will always remember her dedication to good food and her kind heart. We will miss you Ines, R.I.P.

Food always brings out the best in people.
Thats why it's so important to have dinner with your kids in family. Even with Friends food helps people bond and love one another.

A little wine makes the heart rejoice, look how she loved to work in the kitchen she worked at the
St. John's Athletic Club for 33 years doing what she loved. DeCosta was happy, she die doing what she loved and had a young man that love cooking like she did Lagasse, what a wonderful life. Rev 21:4,5,6,

Ines, I wish I could have known you, I would have learned the passionate art of cooking from one of God's great Chefs. I have been working in restaurant kitchens for a few years now and at 73, I have a late start but wish you could be here to show me the magic. I know that you are now in the presence of God and cooking for the saints and angels of heaven. Peace Ines.
