Marlene and Jay,

What a very nice memorial yesterday. Gary did a nice job - I learned some things about Inett that I didn't know previously. I think your mother would have liked that we had some laughs. And, that is what I'll miss most - her hearty laugh. I can hear it now!

I will always remember your Mother as a sweet and kind person. When I started to work in the "CPI" department, I loved talking with her - her kind smile and her laughter were always such a delight. She is in my prayers.

The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about Mrs. Mahanes' passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to her family and friends.
