Mom Irene, Kiki turned 30 (can you believe it) on January 27, 2024. She is a strong and beautiful woman, just like all of the Weglarz women. We miss you every day. Love always.

I have always had a special heartstring connected to my Auntie Irene. Over the years I have come to find out that she was a special part of every person in her life. That was just who she was. She handed out unconditional love. I always admired her for her strength and dedication to family and friends. She spoke to me often of her dear mother who she said was such a gracious, loving lady. Little did Irene know how she herself personified that entirely and was an example to me and I'm sure to many others over the years. She was sincere, supportive, and interested in so many things, always educating herself with something new. She adored her two brothers and cared about their children as if they were her very own. She could be funny and tell a good story and in the last few years I was so fortunate to have had some letters and phone calls to remember her by. My heart hurts a little to think she is now no longer here but only in my memory but I believe she is finally at peace with her brothers and parents again. Love you forever, Auntie Irene...

Irene (Mother, Godmother, Aunt),
You are the strongest most selfless woman I have ever known. You were the role model for the woman I hoped to be, hope I am. I cannot thank you enough for the love, guidance and support you provided throughout my life. The lessons you taught me are with me still and with my children. I miss you and love you.
