Memories help us to keep friends and family close to us. To me Iris and Verlo were just like family. When I think of one I think of the other as well. Always kind and willing to help with kindness. Always remembered.

Everyone loved and respected Iris Petersen. Mom especially held her in high regard and voiced her reasons for this often. My wife and I are both still recovering from bad colds and accordingly will miss her ,in-person, viewing and funeral. Thanks for the opportunity to live-stream her funeral. We're so sorry for your loss.

I will always remember Iris' bright smile and the twinkle in her eye. She has left a sweet place in my heart with her optimism, never complain attitude, and her devotion to faith, family, and friends. Sending my love to her family.

Aunt Iris was a true joy and the most loving, forgiving person. I will so miss visiting with her when in town. She always had time to chat
and made everyone feel welcome in her home.
