Iris Coley Pritchett

Iris Coley Pritchett, 80, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, January 8, 2023, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Dr. Lloyd Stembridge officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald, Georgia. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM, at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Pritchett was born July 13, 1942, in Coffee County, Georgia, to the late Albert & Stella Mae Buchans Lott. She was a 1960 graduate of Irwin County High School. Mrs. Pritchett was a homemaker, worked on the farm and raised her family. She was a member of the Ocilla Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Calvin D. Pritchett of Ocilla; two sons: Jeff & Leshia Lewis of Irwin County and Brad Lewis & Michael Fleming of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; grandchildren: Ava Lewis Bryant & Zachary of Fitzgerald, Rebecca Lewis Griffis & Garrett of Broxton, Tyler Lewis & Cassandra of Germantown, Ohio and Allissa Lewis of Atlanta; a great-grandchild, Charlie Ray Griffis; two sisters: Faye Pridgen of Macon and Virginia Prescott & Roy of Ambrose and a brother-in-law, Wayne Lewis & Linda Gail of Irwin County. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Donny Lewis and Robert Coley.
