Boerne, Texas - Iris "Lula" Y. Sauceda, 84, passed away to be with the Lord on December 30, 2024 at her residence.
Mrs. Sauceda was born on August 28, 1940 in San Benito, TX to Mr. Juan Febela & Mrs. Petra Ramirez.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose M. Sauceda; one son, Joey Sauceda; three brothers, Frank Fabela, Daniel Fabela, Rudy Fabela; five sisters, Janie Salinas, Josefina Alaniz, Clara Shepard, Olivia Sandoval & Sylvia Gonzalez
Lula Sauceda is survived by one son, Daniel Sauceda (Rosario); one daughter, Diana Hernandez (Gilberto) & one sister, Maria Luisa Huether. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren & 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Lula Sauceda is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Rosary at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel Of The Angels. A 10:00 AM Funeral Mass is scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa, TX. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, Texas.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
