Irma was one of my favorite people in the world. She always told it like it is. She was a strong,black woman, with a passion for life and a great love of family. She shared family history through story telling and because she'd known me all my life could share little tidbits of things about you and your childhood. She was always tell me that even when I was hurt tears rolled down my face, I smiled. I'm smiling now like no smile ever hit my face before. I'll miss you Irma and I'm sorry I didn't get to see you once more before your spirit went to join Charles. I love you.
