Departed this life on December 18, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Mines; one daughter, Kinda Mines; one son, Irvin Mines Jr; bonus son, Perry Mines(Pam); four grandchildren; two bonus grandchildren; four sisters, Queen Harris(Rufus), Grace Richardson, Rosebud Bennett and Glenda Walker(Jerome); three brothers, Charlie Mines(Judy), Cecil Robinson(Joyce) and John Peagram.A host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave where funeral services will be held 1PM January 3. Rev. Queen Harris officiating. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the chapel 12:45PM January 3.
