Public Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.
Mr. Rowe will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, 12:00 PM CST at Springhill Primitive Baptist Church in Camp Hill, AL, Elder Greg Brown, Pastor | Officiating; Elder Thomas Knight | Eulogist.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
