Isabel Diane "Lahutsky" Jones

Isabel Diane Jones, 79, of Cumru Township, passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2026. She was the devoted wife of Lester Roy Jones, Sr., with whom she shared more than 55 years of marriage, having wed on August 14, 1970.

Born on January 27, 1947, in Shenandoah, PA, Isabel was the daughter of the late Andrew J. and Isabel L. (Cantwell) Lahutsky. She was a 1967 graduate of Frackville High School and spent many years working for Leininger Knitting Mills in Mohnton.

Isabel was a proud member of both the Adamstown Fish and Game and the West Lawn Quoiting Club. She especially enjoyed playing bingo and cherished every moment spent with her family.

She is survived by her son, Lester R. Jones, Jr., husband of Jessica M. (Walker) Jones, of Cumru Township; and was the loving grandmother of two grandsons, Tyler D. Jones and Brandon R. Jones. She is also survived by two siblings: John Lahutsky, widower of Teresa (Price) Lahutsky, of Leesport; and Ann Marie Laurusevage, widow of Gregory Laurusevage, of Frackville. Isabel will also be missed by her beloved cats, Mickie and Minnie.

She was preceded in death by four siblings: Loretta Wilner, Andrea Wagner, Andrew Lahutsky, and Joseph Lahutsky.
