Obituary for Isidra Sheila Treviño
Isidra Shelia Treviño, 77, of Dallas, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She is now rejoicing in the Lord's eternal presence.
Shelia was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose faith and kindness touched all who knew her. Her greatest joy in life was her family, whom she loved deeply and supported with unwavering care.
She is survived by her beloved children, Victor L. Treviño, Robert H. Treviño, Roland E. Treviño, Sandy Cortez, Paula A. Gomez, and Lisa Treviño; her brother, Cruz Hernandez; and her sister, Barbara Hernandez. Shelia also leaves behind a beautiful legacy through her grandchildren - Elisha, Minnie, Maggie, Evette, Victor, Simon, Kaitlyn, Miranda, Aliyah, Aden, Layla, Nolan, Monique, Lilliann, Nelissa, Nerissa, Nichelle, Nico, Alex, Anthony, Ethan, Roland, and Elijah - and her 36 great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished deeply.
She is preceded in passing by her parents Cruz Hernandez and Christin Tobar and reunited with her loving husband Roberto P. Trevino, her loving sister Margie Hernandez.
Shelia found joy in life's simple blessings. She loved bowling, creating pottery, and sharing her faith with others. Her religion was her foundation, and she was an active and faithful member of her church community, always ready to praise the Lord. Known for her warm heart, she cared for her neighbors as if they were family - often greeting them with a smile and a piece of her favorite sweet bread with raisins.
Her family takes comfort in knowing she has found peace and eternal rest in God's loving embrace.
