Israel Mercado Mendoza was born of September 23, 1985 in Sacramento, CA, to Jose Mercado and Maria Mendoza at UC Davis Medical center. Israel was a beloved husband, son, brother and uncle.
He is survived by his wife Noemi Mendoza, his parents Jose Mercado and Maria Mendoza, stepfather Miguel Villeda, his sisters Lucero Mercado and Gezell Villeda, his brothers Miguel Villeda Jr and Ramon Villeda. His nephew Adian, and nieces Bella, Alexa and Elena.
Israel was adventures, Charismatic free soul individual that loved going fishing, hanging out with his cousins and friends at their local community park (Zapata Park) and having a good time. Israel's favorite things to do were to read, listen to music, boxing and loved to draw freestyle and send them out to his loved ones. He also enjoyed talking to his wife on a daily basis- it was a must. As, he would call her by "Mi Tortugita" they would do everything together. Israel always stood for what he believed in and loved. Israel, always protected his family to the fullest.
Israel, will be truly missed by all.
