Issac Martin, 21, of Pampa passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 in Amarillo.

Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Willie Hanks, of Lighthouse Recovery, officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Issac was born October 15, 2002 in Evansville, Indiana. He attended schools in San Marcos and moved to Pampa in 2017 to finish school. He enjoyed playing football while growing up. After high school, he entered the workforce, working various jobs which included UPS. Issac most recently accepted a job with a power company contractor, he was excited about this new opportunity. 

As Issac was growing up, he attended church periodically. Two days before his death, he was saved and he accepted Christ as his Savior. He was so happy about his decision. Issac enjoyed many things in life such as playing video games, watching videos on YouTube, and star gazing on top of his roof at night. Music was his passion, he enjoyed listening, singing, and dancing to all kinds. He also loved to barbecue and hang out with his best friends and family. Issac loved his dog “Princess”, she was his best friend. Issac was fun to be around, his funny and goofy personality always put a smile on people’s faces. He was a caring person with a big heart.

Issac was preceded in death by his father, James Martin; uncle, Coy Maddox; and his grandparents.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Kristi Balay and husband Kelly of Farmersville; two sisters, Kavori Maddox of Pampa and Kaylynn Martin of Kansas City, Missouri; two brothers, Kody Maddox of Amarillo and Zechariah Martin of Kansas City, Missouri; fiancée, Destany Smith of Pampa; two stepsisters, Summer Balay and Sky Balay both of Pampa.
