In memory of
Anne Markovich
March 14, 2023
Ivan was a friend to me. And many! He had that capacity. We talked a lot; his generosity and empathy for others was huge.
He also loved a good barbecue. And knew how to put the work in FOR. Whatever necessary. To make whatever needed to be better, better. Plus he was light hearted in a way and calm and fun to be around. I, and the whole world will miss you Ivan. God´s speed. We miss youAMM

Ivan said "Thank you" when I told him he was a good father. It after the first couple of trips taking the kids camping with the new camper. Some memories include fireworks in the alley for the 4th of July with the kids, fires in the backyard, barbecuing, sausage-making, being in the studio with the band, his curio-cabinet, geods, fossils, chemistry experiments with Luke in the backyard, little paratroopers jumping out the 2nd floor window, the front garden, the kids digging holes in the front yard, Gumbo the cat, the kid's bunkbeds, Ivy's wildflower garden. It wasn't "things", it was all about the expieriences for Ivan. You are missed. Your kids are loved and you will always shine on through their presences and full lives to come.

Ivan,
Any time your name came up in conversation with my family and friends, it was always followed by "and so handsome." But that was just what you were on the outside. More important was what you were on the inside. A beyond amazing father, friend, and absolutely the apple of your moms eye. Loved by so many and gone far too soon. Rest in paradise.

Fond childhood memories of hanging out at Wilson park with all our friends, walking the neighborhood and stopping by his grams hotdog stand. He was a good guy and impacted every life he touched.
Rest well my friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. Ivan encouraged my son to get into the auto industry and gave him some great advice the past couple months. He was a great teacher in the car classes and just all around nice guy.
