It is with our deep and profound sadness that we announce the entering of eternal life of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and true friend, Ivanna Kuchirka, on November 16, 2025, at the age of 65. Ivanna was born on March 1, 1960, in the town of Tysmenytsia, in the Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine. She later moved to the United States to be with her family in Stony Point, New York where she spent her remaining years and passed away. She lived a life rooted in kindness, generosity, and an unwavering devotion to her family that defined every moment of her journey.
Throughout her life, Ivanna dedicated herself to a long and respected career as an accountant, a profession that suited her perfectly. She had a natural gift for numbers and an incredible attention to detail, but what truly set her apart was the pride she took in doing her work honestly and wholeheartedly. Her colleagues knew her as someone they could always rely on, not only for her expertise but for her kindness, patience, and gentle humor.
Ivanna's faith was the cornerstone of her life. She found comfort, guidance, and strength in her regular church attendance, where she nurtured a profound and unwavering love for God. Her spirituality was a source of hope and peace, shaping her values and the way she cared for her family. At home, she expressed her love through cooking, creating delicious meals that brought family and friends together around the table. Ivanna also had a creative spirit, she delighted in arts and crafts.
Ivanna was the heart of her family, a source of warmth, gentle wisdom, and unwavering support. Her smile could brighten even the hardest days, and her embrace carried a comfort that only a grandmother's love can give. She poured love into every person she met, leaving a legacy of compassion and strength that will live on in all who knew her.
Ivanna is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Ivan, her cherished children, Oksana and Mykola, and their spouses, Timothy and Oksana whom she embraced as her own; and her adored grandchildren, who were the light of her life, Olena, Ruslan, Timothy, Daryna, Andriy, and Nickolas. She is also survived by many relatives and dear friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
Her memory will forever be a blessing.
A donation in her memory can be made to the St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 43 Collins Ave, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
