Ivy Janet Fitch (Heyhoe) was born on September 16, 1939 in England. She passed away peacefully November 20, 2016 after a year long battle with cancer. Ivy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Fitch; father and mother, Leslie and Ida Heyhoe, sister, Brenda Moore, brothers, Anthony, Derek and Billy Heyhoe. She is survived by her sons, Lee Baltzer, Steve Baltzer and daughter Lynne Baltzer and husband Johnny Guerra and their children, Kendra Sosa (Alex) children Alexis and Sadie, Steven Medina, Johnny Guerra, Emma Guerra. She is also survived by her sisters, Joanie, Patsy, Angela, Beryl and brothers, Roy, Grish, Richard, Brian, and their families throughout England, Canada and the U.S. Ivy relocated to Katy after her husband Robert passed away in Atlanta in 2000, Here she focused on enjoying life with her family and numerous friends made from clubs, bingo and senior center activities. The family would like to thank Amazing Grace Hospice and Grace Care center for the help and support in taking care of Ivy during her illness. We would also like to thank the numerous friends and family who showed support, care and prayers throughout her journey. Ivy's life will be honored with a memorial service, Saturday December 3rd at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 5356 11th St. Katy, TX 77493 at 1pm. Ivy requested, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to her Grandchildren's school, Aristoi Classical Academy using the following link: paypal.me/AristoiClassicalorg

You had an amazing life Ivy. You were full of fun and hope. We remember many fun times with you and your laugh.

You were so brave in your last battle with cancer. Hard to believe you have physically left this earth, but now you are at peace.

I will miss you dear friend.I will miss going to the Baker Street Pub for fish and chips, or going to Kay's tea parlor to have Shepherds pie and that strong tea. or making all those trifles for you.
