J. R. Burroughs

My condolences to all family members and friends of J. R.

Mr. Burroughs was one of my favorite teachers. He got me through algebra at Southwest Jr. High in Hot Springs for which I am forever grateful. A super nice man that loved his job and his students. He set the bar for every other teacher I had.
When he crossed paths with my dad, he always related the story of how I brought my bad grade up.
To his sister, Trecea: You and I worked together at Clark's Book Store one summer. Your brother's dedication to his students is something I'll always admire. Ken Aclin
