J.C. Kelly Sullivan

J.C. Kelly Sullivan, of London, Kentucky, was born on August 9, 1946, in Clay County, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Ernest Sullivan and Lizzie Hicks Sullivan.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Webb of London; two children, Luckissa Caldwell and husband Dewey of London, and Roderick Sullivan of Gratis, Ohio; six siblings, Earleen Kirby of London, Tammy Sizemore of McCreary County, Diane Bowman of Indiana, Eugene Sullivan of London and Emery Ray Sullivan and Willard "Pete" Sullivan of Ohio; five grandchildren, Brody Caldwell, Wyatt Caldwell, Cameron Caldwell, Caiyden Singleton and Serenity Sullivan; along with a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley McGraw.

J.C. was a retired mechanic and a proud veteran of the United States Army.

J.C. Kelly Sullivan departed this life on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the age of 79 years, 7 months, and 6 days.

A graveside service for J.C. Kelly Sullivan will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at East Colony Cemetery in London.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am -12:30 pm Thursday at Bowling Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
