Just heard Fred. There is a Memorial for you at Grace First Lutheran Church Bend OR May 3 at 11am. All our thoughts go to you in remembrance and also with you as you journey on. Watch over us. We now have a choir and musicians, so there is lovely music and worship.

I rejoice with Fred that he's with his Lord and Savior. His joy when he was singing on Sundays was contagious. On a couple of occasions when I was Youth Director at Grace First, he was happy to come man the grill when the teenagers planned a barbeque. During the pandemic, we would meet in the empty parking lot of Barnes & Noble where I would hand off to him a homecooked meal, and we could encourage one another that God was with us in our isolation. Never on Tuesdays though. He always got a pizza from Papa Murphy's on Tuesdays.

Some friends at Grace First were talking about you just last Sunday. We were talking about your love of music and singing and praise. Maybe your spirit was with us? I hope you sing and dance with us from heaven.
