Jack was born on March 14, 1927 and passed away on Friday, April 6, 2018. Jack was a resident of Layton, Utah at the time of passing. He earned an athletic scholarship to play baseball and football at Mesa College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Jack was a proud American and a veteran of the United States Navy. A service for all family and friends will be held in Jack's honor at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 E 200 S, Brigham on April 14, 2018 at 11 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donation to Encompass Care Foundation (encompasscare.org).
