Jack was born on July 25, 1930 and passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018. Jack was a resident of Lebanon, Ohio at the time of passing. Visitation, Tuesday November 20, 2018 from 5-7 PM with funeral services on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 2 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment follows in Lebanon Cemetery. My condolenses to the family...Mike, Jack's son) and I worked together years ago with a bricklayer when my parents were building the "new" farm house...plus Mike was in my class in High School...May Mr. Bayes rest in everlasting peace. . . . .
