Jack "Jake" Bell, 69, beloved Father, Son, and Brother, was called to his eternal resting place on January 23, 2026. He entered this world on March 23, 1956 in Ottawa, IL, born to Jack and Elizabeth Bell.

Jack loved fishing, specially at Big Fork River near Big Falls, MN. He was an avid motorcyclist and loved riding his 1200 Harley Davidson Sportster. He was always outside in the summer. Whether it was taking his boat out on the water or basking in the sun. Jack enjoyed spending time with the people he loved and enjoyed the simple things in life. Jack was very proud of his daughters and grandchildren, always making time for his grandkids. If they wanted a boat ride, he would make it happen.

Jack was the quiet, strong type - stubborn in the best way - and so full of life. Everything he did was for his family, and his love still carries us.

He is survived by his daughters, Ashley Blegen of Leeds, ND and Alyssa Bell of Perham, MN; grandchildren, Amelia Bell, Aiden Spurgeon, and Addison Blegen; sisters, Rose Andel of Ottawa, IL, Barbara Delk of Ottawa, IL and Diane Blazik of Ashby, MN; brother, Patrick Burke of Ottawa, IL; and former spouse, Cindy Doll of Perham, MN.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Larry "Buffalo" Bell.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later date in Summer of 2026.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with expenses, care of his daughter, Ashley Blegen, PO BOX 176, Leeds, ND, 58346.
