Jack is survived by his daughter Beverly Wheatley and husband Mark, son Jack D Cooper and wife Jill, stepchildren Jim Tuller and wife Sandy, Ed Tuller, and Debbie Hicks and husband Tom, eight grandchildren (Ashley, Tyler, Tina, Jennifer, Stephen, Ashley, David and Sophia) and many great grandchildren. He will also be deeply missed by his brothers, Hugh Cooper and Larry Cooper, and his sister, Judy Willingham.
