94, passed away on January 12, 2026, in Wichita, KS. He was born in Cyril, Oklahoma to James J. and Lillie (Cyrus) Davis on April 16, 1931. He worked at Beech Air Craft from August 29, 1950 to August 3, 1993 as a machinist. He is preceded in death by his parents; step father, Ralph Sutherland; wife, Sandra Davis; siblings, Ila Roberts, Edsel Davis and Imogene Gimple; son in law, Randy Studyvin. He is survived by his children, Diane Hoobler and her partner Greg Huckins, Wichita, KS, Paula (Marvyn) Rock, Andover, KS and Sheryl Studyvin, Greenwood, AR; grandchildren, Shelly Hoobler, Merissa Rock, Amanda Rock her partner, Brian Miller, Colin Studyvin and Jacquie Studyvin her partner Daniel Bynum; 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and many extended family and friends. Celebration Of Life Service will be held on Feb. 21st, 2026 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Andover Community Center, 1008 E. 13th Street, Andover, KS 67002.

Jack was a friend many years ago. He treated myself and my sisters Diane & JoAnn, Jack called her (Jody),
as his own.He was a great neighbor to have back in 60´s. Jack & our father always took us girls trick and treating . He loved his family. May he rest in peace.
