Mr. Gallagher was my fourth grade teacher at Rensselaer Park he was one of the absolute best. I was lucky to have had him and to have known him. I looked forward to the summers when I would see him at the Track so we could catch up. Thank you for everything you did for me Mr. Gallagher.
