I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Jack's passing. I worked with Jack for 13 years at KSRC. Outstanding PA. Always smiling, laughing, talking about his family and beautiful wife. Sending love to his family, friends, patients and all of us who he made smile everyday.

I knew Jack as a colleague and was always impressed with his knowledge but also his care and concern for those under his care. He will be missed!
