So often in life we fail to realize the contributions others have made to our own lives...not just tangible things, but rewarding visual experiences too. Thus it is with you, Mr. Lemmon...I have written down every movie I ever saw with you in it...what a joyful revelation! As I wrote them I could actually see you performing...that made it even more meaningful, and what was astounding was being able to hear your voice at the same time.As we live life, some of the things we take for granted do occasionally reappear later on; so it is with your legacy. I can't tell you how pleased I am to be able to tell you now just how much you made me laugh or think or wonder about life. You were a magical participant in my understanding of people and their choices...being able to fill another's shoes made mental transportation possible..so it was with acting---you always filled the shoes perfectly! I feel so honored to be able to tell you these things, even now after you have passed...I know they will still reach you. Lights of radiance forever on your smile. Accolades!!
