Jack Mingo Jr.

Mingo, Jack Jr. 60, of Wayzata, passed away May 10, 2009 surrounded by family at his home. Served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. He was a much loved husband, father, papa, son, brother, uncle, co-worker and friend to many, many people. Preceded in death by parents, Jack and Helene; brother, Rick. Survived by loving wife and better half of 38 years, Elaine; children, Shannon, Sara, Jessicah (Tim), Carly, Jack and Mesa; grandchildren, Katrina, Logan, Connor, Tyrese, Korey, Jaedyn, Eleanor and Harlow; sisters, Kathay and Lindsay; many other loving relatives and friends. Celebration of life will be held 3-5 PM Monday, May 18 at the American Legion Post 118, 949 Wayzata Blvd. E., Wayzata, MN 55391. In lieu of flowers, non-perishable food items preferred to be donated to: Interfaith Outreach Community and Partners and will be accepted the day of the service at the American Legion.
