Jack was a man of many talents, a teaching career, evolving into remodeling homes and buildings in Richland Center with his wife Kay. They made a great team. He was a gifted artist, carving animals and birds out of recycled pieces of wood and the like, for his gift shop. Loved his wife and sons dearly and with them always working on a project big or small. I will miss his sence of humor always making me laugh and brighten my day with our phone calls. Our deepest heartfelt sympathies to, Kay, Scott, David, Drew and families. I treasure the Sandhill cranes, giraffe, and duck we have on display in our living room, Jack carved.

I remember Kay i think she was a third grade teacher in Shabbona and you lived next to the ada gallagher. She also tutored me in third grade. I also remember Kay's Blue Eyes the Deepest blue contacts ever I think. My mom Arlene and I extend our deepest condolences. Mom wonders if you were in the knitting group they still meet but they don't knit anymore So sorry for your family's loss. Tom and Arlene Wisted
