Jack Thompson O'Quinn Jr. was born on March 28, 1952. He passed away on February 13, 2026.
Jack loved his family and was an avid baseball fan. He loved watching his grandkids play sports, always cheering them on. Jack also had a great passion for the UGA Bulldogs and enjoyed supporting the team.
He is survived by his mother, Montine O'Quinn; his daughters, Heather (Chris) Culver and Carmen (Rick) Morris; his grandchildren, Landon Culver, Emma Culver, and Noah Morris; his brothers, Warren (Cindy) O'Quinn and James (Jill) O'Quinn; and his former wife and good friend, Teresa Gordon.
Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jack Thompson O'Quinn Sr. He will be missed by all who knew him.
A visitation will take place at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, West, on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memory Gardens on Saturday, February 21, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM, in Bainbridge, GA.
