We only met Jack once, we were selling some vintage boat chairs as it was 2008, my husband had lost his job at Nike after 12 years, we had a young toddler and a daughter with Down syndrome as well as heart issues. We agreed to meet him in Vancouver as we lived in Beaverton. I think he saw two tired and worried parents, he doubled what we were asking and I just hope he knew how much we appreciated his kindness that day. My condolences to your family. The World was blessed to have such a caring man.

So long my friend we have known each other for many years and I enjoyed every bit of it. I feel very sad that our visits and phone calls have come to an end for now. I will see you on the other side when I get there.
